Lo Qi Pty Ltd Longtide Pan-Asian has an excellent opportunity for a Full Time Chef to join our Team.
Asian-cuisine experience is preferable but not a requirement Salary up to $79,450 available for the right applicant Applications are now open.

Hot line cooking and presentation of dishes Stock ordering and liaise with suppliers Stock control and rotation Staff scheduling and management Liaising with FOH regarding dietary needs and allergens Quality control, both with preparation and presentation Ability to follow a recipe correctly to ensure consistency Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained (HACCP) Preparation of fresh seafood such as sashimi Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace Work at pace and calmly under pressure Qualification & experience Formal hospitality qualifications and minimum 1-3 years full-time experience
