Senior Office Administrator / Scheduler – Full Time
Aussie Homes Garage Doors WA | Based out of O'Connor, WA
Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm | Two Saturdays per Month (8:00 am–12:00 pm)
Are you an experienced Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep a busy team running efficiently?
Aussie Homes Garage Doors WA is a growing, locally owned business servicing customers throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
We're looking for a confident, highly organised
Senior Office Administrator / Scheduler
to take ownership of our day-to-day office operations and coordinate our team of technicians.
This is
not an entry-level administration role
.
We're looking for someone with proven scheduling and team coordination experience who can confidently prioritise workloads, manage competing demands and keep everything running smoothly.
Customer service is at the heart of what we do.
While it can be challenging at times, it's also incredibly rewarding.

About the Role
As our Senior Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the office while ensuring our technicians are scheduled efficiently and our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate technicians across the Perth metropolitan area
Manage daily workflows and job allocations
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
Book service calls, repairs and installations
Prepare quotes, invoices and job documentation
Liaise with technicians, suppliers and customers
Update and manage jobs using ServiceM8
Ensure office systems and processes run efficiently
Support management with general office operations
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in scheduling or dispatching field technicians
Previous experience coordinating or leading a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of computer literacy
Exceptional attention to detail
Qualified and confident phone manner
Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
Must have, or be able to obtain, a National Police Clearance
Highly Regarded
Experience using ServiceM8
Experience with Xero
Experience in the building, garage door, maintenance or trade industry
Bookkeeping experience is highly regarded and would be a bonus
, particularly if you have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations or Xero.
What's Included

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
