About the Role
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional vehicle buying experience
Understand customer needs and provide expert product knowledge across the MG and GWM model range
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while highlighting vehicle features and perks
Negotiate and close sales opportunities while achieving and exceeding sales targets
Manage customer enquiries and provide consistent follow-up throughout the sales journey
Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records and complete sales administration processes
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance
Maximise sales opportunities across two exciting automotive brands
About You
You are:
Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
A motivated, results-driven sales professional with a strong desire to achieve targets
Financially driven with a passion for negotiating and closing deals
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Well presented, professional and committed to achieving success




Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and computer literacy
Focused on continuously delivering results while exceeding customer expectations
Available to work late nights on Wednesdays and a half-day on Saturdays
Essential Requirements:
Current WA Driver's Licence
Vehicle Salesperson's Licence, or the ability to obtain one
Proven success within a dealership sales environment is highly regarded
