We're looking for an experienced
Bookkeeper
who enjoys building trusted client relationships, thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

The Prospect
As a Bookkeeper, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries, providing day-to-day financial support and ensuring their accounting records remain accurate, compliant and up to date.
You'll become a trusted contact for your clients, working closely with experienced accountants and advisors to deliver an outstanding client experience while continuing to develop your own technical skills.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for:
Processing invoices, receipts and day-to-day financial transactions
Managing creditor payments and preparing EFT payment files
Preparing and finalising client invoices
Managing payroll, including superannuation and salary sacrifice arrangements
Performing bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports




Supporting accountants and advisors with client work and financial information
Liaising directly with clients to answer queries and provide timely support
Identifying opportunities to improve processes or highlight potential issues
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional service to clients.
You're organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous bookkeeping experience within an accounting or professional services environment
Experience using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks
Payroll experience, including superannuation processing
Strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
