To ensure you get the very best start in this role, we begin your training at our centralised training cafe where you get time to invest in yourself and your development whilst your future cafe is taken care of by our wider management team.
This would ideally suit those that have been responsible for running cafes in a leadership capacity.
You have a thorough understanding of what it means to delight your guests every time and that the best way to achieve that is through your team.
What you will be doing
:
Leading by example and be hands on with your team.
Delivering exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard across the team.




Managing costs to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.
Maintaining top presentation, cleanliness and brand integrity for your team and guests.
About you:
Proven leadership experience within a rapid-paced environment
Sound decision making and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, 7 days a week, early and late.
Passion for people, service, food and beverage and of course coffee!
