Think Renewable is hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our in-house lead generation team in Perth.
This is a face-to-face role, meeting homeowners in residential areas, having genuine conversations about solar, and booking qualified appointments for our closing team.
This isn't a call centre.
It isn't cold sales.
It's the entry point into a real sales career, and we're not looking for "experienced sales professionals."
We're looking for people-people: the ones who naturally strike up conversations, read a room, and don't flinch at a "no."

What You'll Actually Be Doing
Working an assigned residential territory in Perth with your team
Meeting homeowners face-to-face and starting genuine conversations
Qualifying interest in solar and battery and booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Consultants
Hitting weekly targets, tracking progress in CRM, with live coaching and a team around you
Building the exact skills (objection handling, rapport, resilience) that open doors in any sales career
