Permanent / On-site role.
I'm supporting an engineering lead business with a specialist CORE product, looking for a driven sales leader.
This company have a strong customer base with a
subscription-based platform
which is at the heart of their business model.
The ideal person for this role has experience with subscription-based selling OR comfortable / knowledgeable selling
SAAS platforms, developing new business &
scaling sales teams.
This person can come from an account manager background, but must have proven experience managing multiple large accounts, with consistent YOY growth.
We're looking for a people person. A leader. This is someone who's boots on the ground on a daily basis.
Not the right fit for someone who expects regular remote working.

Most key is a demonstrated capacity to lead teams, craft commercial strategy, and deliver maintained revenue growth.
