Theopportunity Asthe Concierge – Customer Service Officer, you will be the firstpoint of contact for residents, families, visitors andstakeholders, creating a warm, welcoming and professionalexperience. Based across our residential care homes andadministration environments, you will play a vital role insupporting the day‑to‑day operations through reception andadministrative services.

Working closely with site leadership, you will ensure smoothfront‑of‑house operations while supporting a range of clerical andadministrative functions. This includes managing communications,coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and assisting withfinancial and operational processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focusedenvironment, is highly organised, and takes pride in deliveringexceptional customer service. Your ability to multitask, remainapproachable, and maintain attention to detail will be key tosuccess.

Whatyou’llbring

Essential:

- At least 2 years previous experience in officeadministration
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures including cashhandling and data entry
- Computer skills to intermediate level including the use ofMS Office applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and basictrouble shooting skills




- Demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonalskills
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective teammember
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- An affinity with older people
- Current NSW drivers licence
- Understanding of WHS, equity and privacy principles
- Tertiaryqualificationin officeadministration
