The Chance
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on skilled looking to step up and play a key role in delivering complex and impactful landscape and civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all trade activities and liase with Foreperson/Site Manager on site activities
- Support site supervision and manage coordination of small teams or subcontractors as a Leading Hand
- Contribute to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) compliance on site
- Assist in monitoring construction programs to ensure works are delivered on time
- Participate in tool-box meetings
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
About You
- Proven experience in landscape and/or civil construction
- Robust knowledge of horticulture
- Current Construction Induction (White) Card
- Valid driver's licence
- To take the initiative in solving problems and accelerating the completion of tasks relevant to the job
- Ability to set out projects and lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
