About the Team
The role sits within External Engagement and Partnerships, supporting collaboration with industry, government and the community through coordinated partnership activity.
Job Purpose
The Specialist, Partnerships Delivery supports the delivery of outstanding outcomes and experiences for external partners by providing partner account management support, project coordination and administration, and governance and performance tracking for partnership activities at faculty level.
Role Responsibilities
Support delivery of partnerships activity from scoping through to review.
Translate agreements into delivery plans including governance, resourcing and risk considerations.
Coordinate academic, professional and enabling service stakeholders.
Manage budgets and support financial oversight and reporting.
Maintain communication with partners and resolve delivery issues.
Monitor progress, risks and timelines to support agreed outcomes.
Support evaluation, knowledge sharing and identification of further opportunities.
Skills,
Attributes and Knowledge
Experience coordinating multi stakeholder partnerships and delivery processes.
Understanding of governance, risk, compliance and operational planning in partnerships.
Strong project coordination and prioritisation skills.
Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
Understanding of university, industry and government contexts.
Experience
Experience in partnerships delivery, project coordination or stakeholder engagement.
Experience working across complex organisational environments.
Experience supporting delivery outcomes with strong customer service focus.
Experience managing partner funded activities or similar engagements.
Qualifications
Postgraduate qualification and extensive experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
What We Offer
Base Salary Range: $122,640 - $139,674 (HEW8) plus 17% superannuation (pension)
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
