This is your opportunity to join MEGT’s Education Team within the Strategic Initiatives Division and play a key role in designing, building and launching innovative education and training products that diversify into new markets.
Reporting to the Head of Education Design and Product Enablement, the Partnership Manager will establish and foster strategic partnerships that drive the growth and productisation of MEGT’s new education and training initiatives, aligned to the organisation’s Strategic Plan.
This role will support the development of specialised RTO and non-accredited training solutions, short courses and Microcredentials.
Key responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate and secure strategic partnerships with employers, corporates, Workforce Australia Providers, industry bodies and government stakeholders
Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth across MEGT’s education product suite
Establish and manage long-term, trusted partner relationships to foster collaboration and mutual success
Work collaboratively with the Education Team to support the design, customisation and rollout of creative education programs
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps and opportunities within the education and training landscape
Establish KPIs and monitor partnership performance, providing insights and reporting to senior leadership
Contribute to the development of scalable, multi-modal education models including stackable learning and pre-employment programs
Engage and influence Business Unit Senior Leadership and Executive stakeholders to deliver a programmatic approach to partner engagement
About you
You are a commercially astute partnership professional with strong business development capability and a passion for cultivating trusted, long-term relationships, along with:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Education, Marketing or related field (highly desirable)
5+ years’ experience in partnership management, business development or related roles,
ideally within the education and training sector
Proven success developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and product expansion
Demonstrated experience supporting the development of education programs and products using internal and external resources
Strong understanding of the Australian education and training landscape, including VET, Higher Education and industry trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and inform strategic decisions
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional and organisational change environment
