Ramp Auto Group in Balcatta, WA, is seeking a Service Advisor to run front-of-house for our European and performance workshop. This is a relationship-driven, commercial role, not a reception desk, focused on quoting, authorising and explicit communication with customers.

You will manage bookings with technicians, translate technical details into plain English, and protect the relationship with confident cost discussions.
