We're looking for Replenishment Assistants to join our new MECCA Joondalup store in WA! If you excel in a dynamic retail environment, this role is for you. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring stock levels are maintained and presented impeccably, contributing to exceptional customer experiences.

Day‐to‐day responsibilities

- Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
- Support management team in the delivery of MECCA's customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
- Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
- Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

What success looks like in this role

- Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
- Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
