About the Role
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for blue‑collar mining and maintenance roles, partnering closely with our Operations Coordinators to deliver quality candidates across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
- Advertise roles and proactively source quality candidates
- Conduct phone screens, interviews and reference checks
- Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, including medicals, police clearances and onboarding
- Prepare employment offers and contracts
- Maintain candidate records within Job Adder
- Partner with Operations Coordinators and hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes
About You
- Previous agency or internal recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting within mining, maintenance, construction or other blue‑collar industries (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience using Job Adder or a similar Applicant Tracking System (preferred)
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
