Assistant Restaurant Manager Hungry Jacks, Perth Airport
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at the soon-to-open Hungry Jack's at Perth Airport.
As a founding leader, you'll play a key role in launching this exciting new outlet in Terminal 3, supporting the Restaurant Manager to build a high-performing team, establish operational standards and create an exceptional guest experience from day one.
In this fast-paced airport workplace, you'll help drive a safe, compliant and profitable operation while shaping the culture and success of the venue from the ground up.
Flexible availability across 7-day rotating roster is required.

What will you do?
- Support the Restaurant Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver fast, friendly service and uphold Hungry Jack's QSC&V; standards
- Help drive sales, labour, stock and waste performance to achieve targets
- Champion food safety, OHS/WHS and operational compliance
- Execute promotions, launches and day-to-day operational priorities
- Play a key role in opening a brand-new airport outlet and building a solid team culture from day one
More about you
- Leadership experience in a quick-service, rapid-food or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing labour, stock and operational KPIs
- Solid understanding of food safety, compliance and operational standards
- Hands-on, adaptable and calm under pressure
- Excited by the opportunity to help launch a new outlet and be part of its success from day one
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster
