Due to our continued growth, we're creating a new Sales Assistant position to support our expanding sales and help us deliver the exceptional service we're known for.

We're looking for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant who enjoys working with people, has a passion for customer service, and takes pride in creating an attractive, well-presented showroom.

About the Role

This is a hands‐on retail sales position where you'll spend your day helping customers, maintaining an inviting showroom, merchandising displays, replenishing stock and handling products throughout the day. The role requires someone who is physically fit, enjoys being active and is comfortable regularly lifting, moving and handling Caravan & RV parts and accessories as part of their daily duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and product advice.
- Assisting customers in selecting the right Caravan & RV Parts & Accessories.
- Processing sales through our Retail Express POS system.
- Merchandising shelves and displays to maximise sales.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing showroom.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring accurate pricing and ticketing.
- Assisting with sto
- LIVEk receipting and general inventory tasks.




- Answering customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure products are available.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and has a strong eye for presentation.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous retail sales experience (2+ years preferred).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
- Experience using Retail Express or similar POS software (preferred).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be physically fit and active, with the ability to safely lift, move and handle stock throughout the day.
- The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced retail environment while maintaining accuracy.
- A reliable, positive and professional work ethic.
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when required

Highly Regarded

- Experience in the caravan, automotive, hardware or retail industries.
- Knowledge of Caravan & RV Parts & Accessories.
- Current driver's licence.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
