Location: Avalon National Distribution Centre, Victoria – inbound team.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within the team.
- Apply and maintain standard operating procedures to meet planned KPIs.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, safety and service.
- Ensure compliance with safety policy and procedures, including HVNL/CoR.
- Utilise knowledge of WMS dispatch systems and freight carrier software.
- Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to the team.
- Assist in maintaining and developing warehouse operations systems and procedures for product handling,



storage, receiving, equipment utilisation, inventory management and shipping.

- Exceptional organisational skills, reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Leadership and management experience; ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Capacity to improve warehouse efficiency and streamline day‑to‑day processes.
