About This Role
Facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, case manage complex files while liaising with multiple stakeholders & workplace visits.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (5th year- Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants)
- Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans

The Role
- Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their recent career
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
