Bradnam's Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to lead our Afternoon Shift team at our Victorian Distribution Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor or team leader looking to make a real impact by leading the day-to-day operations of our afternoon shift while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the afternoon shift, overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse while leading and supporting your team to achieve operational excellence. As the Senior Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the shift runs safely, efficiently and productively while maintaining the high service standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop the afternoon shift team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.

Coordinate and oversee daily workflows across the entire afternoon shift to ensure operational targets are achieved.

Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Drive productivity while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Promote and champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures.





Monitor team performance, provide coaching and address performance issues where required.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational outcomes.

Complete shift reporting and administrative tasks.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.

About You

We're looking for an experienced leader who can confidently motivate a team, make sound operational decisions and lead by example.

You will ideally have:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.

Proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop others.

Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Experience coordinating daily warehouse operations and managing workflow.

Competency using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and JDE or a similar ERP system.

A continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
