DXC Technology is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to support mining operations in Newcastle and surrounding regional NSW. You will deliver onsite IT support, manage end-user devices, and work with remote resolver groups to resolve incidents within SLAs.

You will operate in an Managed Services setting with emphasis on OT awareness, IT/OT interfaces, safety, and change‐control processes, while advancing automation and AI-enabled service offerings to improve response times.
