Presently, we are seeking to welcome a new member to our Reception team. We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing compassionate, empathetic support to our patients and the community we serve.

While previous medical reception experience would be an advantage, it is not essential. More important to us is your ability to build rapport with patients, demonstrate empathy and professionalism, maintain strict confidentiality and privacy, and provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a strong commitment to accuracy,



and the ability to prioritise and remain organised in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will also possess solid administrative and computer skills, including confidence using Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, saving and managing documents including PDFs, learning new software quickly, and demonstrating strong overall IT literacy and intuition with computer systems.

We are seeking a permanent part-time team member, this opportunity entails three days a week. Monday 12.00pm to 8.00pm, Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Friday 8.30-5.30pm and rotational Saturday roster coverage 8.00am to 12.30pm. The role necessitates flexibility, requiring availability during select after-hours periods, encompassing Monday to Friday evenings and rostered Saturday mornings.

Experience using Medical Director, Pracsoft, and Hot Docs would be an advantage and will enable candidates to transition into the role more efficiently. However, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is fully supported in becoming confident and proficient in our practice systems and processes.
