Upstairs in Northbridge is seeking an experienced account manager to own and grow a portfolio of retainer and project clients across retail, events, mining and more. You'll bring strategic thinking to every client conversation and shape the direction of their work.
You'll run client campaigns across paid search, SEO and CRM, and collaborate with our data analyst to translate reporting into actionable client recommendations. Mentoring teammates and managing multiple projects will be key.
