Your new role
You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Supported by a national network and experienced leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio effectively while contributing to the growth of the Canberra office.
End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals
- Managing maintenance requests and contractor relationships
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Arrears management and tenancy dispute resolution
- Coordinating entry and exit inspections
- Ensuring compliance with ACT and NSW legislation
- Identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll and business
What you'll need to succeed
- Current ACT Real Estate Licence
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence
- Demonstrated experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to business growth
