Your new role

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth running of the business's accounts. Working within a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for:

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Bank reconciliations and daily financial transactions Processing invoices and supplier payments Payroll processing and associated reporting Preparation of BAS and financial reports Maintaining accurate records within MYOBAssisting with month-end processes Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers and external accountants

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a Bookkeeper or Accounts role Strong working knowledge of MYOBExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Previous construction industry experience will be highly regarded
