Balanz is a leading industry award winning Finance Brokerage, servicing Business Owners and Professionals.

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Home Loan & Equipment Finance Analyst to join our Townsville team. You'll work closely with the small local Townsville office in a high paced workplace, supported by a larger Brisbane team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Analyse Personal Tax Returns and business financials and performance
- Manage day to day enquiries from our clients and provide them with excellent support & service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure efficient and quality debt advice and application processing, in a prompt timeframe
- Manage multiple applications in line with meeting SLA's and customer expectations
- Collaborate with a small, motivated local team

To be successful in this role you will:





- Have an inquiring mind that wants to understand the customer's needs and a deep desire to support the customers business.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Strong understanding of financial analysis (understanding of Financial Statements and Personal Tax Returns)
- Previous lending experience or relevant Degree is highly valued, but not a must
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues with minimal supervision
