Uniting Care Queensland seeks a Service Lead for the NQ Protected 24/7 DFV telephone service in Townsville. You will oversee intake, screening, triage, risk assessment and support, leading a team of practitioners on a rotating roster to ensure high-quality service delivery and client safety.

You will manage day-to-day operations, engage with clients and external agencies, and drive program improvements while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.
