This represents an opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in St Kilda. This accounting firm pride themselves on their modern systems and processes. The firm offers outstanding service to their clients in the areas of Business Advisory, Tax Compliance, SMSFs, Financial Planning and Business Coaching.

POSITION

Due to future succession planning, the position of Associate Director/Senior Business Services Manager has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Working alongside the partner to grow the current fee base
- Client relationship management
- Workflow management
- Mentoring, coaching training and guiding a high performing team (10+ within the team)

There is genuine progression to partnership in the short term future.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA qualified
- 12+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Ability to manage up to $1.5m in fees
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong technical tax ability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Stable employment history and longevity in previous roles
- Full working rights
