We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hands‐on team member to join our busy coffee roastery in Cairns.
This is a varied role combining coffee production support, deliveries and general warehouse duties. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in keeping things organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day‐to‐day roastery operations
- Delivering coffee and supplies to customers throughout Cairns and the Northern Beaches
- Cleaning and maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
- Stock control, stock rotation and inventory management
- Ordering packaging and consumable supplies
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
- General warehouse and production support as required
About You
- Current manual driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual and well‐presented
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20 kg
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in coffee, warehousing or delivery driving is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.
