The Roles Available

The team is expanding and seeking:

Senior Associate – recently promoted up to ~3 years post‑promotion

Associate – 3–5 years PAE

These roles sit within a high-performing group known for complex, strategic matters and strong mentorship.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

You’ll advise on a diverse and high‑calibre portfolio of matters, including:

Unregulated M&A; and joint ventures
Oil & gas transactions and project development
Strategic cross‑border matters

Broader energy sector work spanning renewables and decarbonisation initiatives

What You Bring

We’re looking for lawyers with:

Minimum 3 years' PAE in corporate, energy or resources
Excellent drafting and advisory skills with strong commercial instincts
Experience or genuine interest in oil & gas, JVs and cross‑border work

A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a team workplace
