About the Role

The Business Advisory team is seeking a Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of complex private clients across various industries. Responsibility includes:

Managing a diverse portfolio of complex private clients across various industries alongside multiple partners.
Overseeing all compliance and advisory work for your portfolio, including QBCC reporting, annual accounts, tax returns, BAS, and regular advisory work.
Collaborating closely with partners to take ownership of day‑to‑day management responsibilities.
Supporting the ongoing improvement of processes, systems and document management practices.
Assisting with people‑leadership responsibilities, including coordinating offshore resources and creating a high‑performing team environment.

Offering strategic business advice to clients, delivering high‑quality outcomes and identifying opportunities to broaden client services.





About You

Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar.
Completed CA or CPA qualification.
5+ years of public practice experience, ideally in a mid‑tier or large firm.
Strong communication skills—written and verbal—to support a client base that requires clear, confident communication.
Experience managing your own workload and supervising or reviewing staff.
A strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with a leadership style built on trust, autonomy and respect.
