Working from our Belmont, WA Office, we are seeking a Diploma qualified HSEQ Advisor to drive and strengthen safety culture. You'll work within a small team with a big goal - to get everyone home safe!

What will you be doing?

- Developing/implementingSWMS, risk assessments, site safety plansand undertaking incident investigations
- Conductingsite visitsand subcontractoraudits,supporting the ops teams to ensure all HSEQ procedures & SWMS are implemented
- Taking the stage and coaching leaders with the toolbox talks
- Working alongside our administration team members to support with compliance on client safety admin portals
- Keeping on top of things, alwaysclosing outstanding actionsfrom incident reports
- Helping toanalyseHSEQ information, and build informativereportsso the business can be continually improving
- Teaching and guiding - helping with the development, coordination and implementation of HSEQ training and audit requirements
- Being theface of safety- you'll meet our techs,



you'll form relationships and yourpassionfor safety will inspire others!

We're looking for someone who has:

- Adiplomain WHS, as well as3 years' on the job experience
- Demonstrated competence inHSE legislation
- The ability topositively influenceothers
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills -the ability to talk to anyone about safety!
- Advanced computer skills so you can critically analyse data to determine insights and trends.
- Adaptability- pivot with conflicting priorities and changes to legislation
- The desire to travel - site visits are a critical part of the role, you'll beboots on the ground, driving our safety culture to technicians on site
- Training in auditing is desirable, but aneye for detailshould do the trick
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
- Successful history of independently taking initiative and adeptly solving complex problems
- Experience withinfacilities management,engineering or construction sectorwould be an added bonus
