Due to continued growth, we're looking for enthusiastic Dental Receptionists / Front Office Coordinators to join our team across multiple Perth locations.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Working closely with our clinical teams, you'll manage the day-to-day front office operations, coordinate appointments, support patient enquiries and ensure the practice runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism and outstanding customer service.
- Manage appointment scheduling, recalls and daily diary coordination.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.




- Process patient payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Liaise with clinicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Support administrative functions to keep the practice running smoothly.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every interaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
- Dental reception experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, professional and proactive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work across our Winthrop, South Perth and Perth CBD locations when required.
- Availability for Saturdays is highly regarded.
