We are looking to hire a Service Receptionist to join our busy and growing dealership. This role is an integral part of our service team, our receptionist has the opportunity to leave a long lasting first impression and sets the tone for the overall experience of our valued customers.

Responsibilities

- Answering incoming calls and emails in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
- Provide quotations to customers on desired work and repair costs.
- Give updates on progress and estimated completion times.
- Make customer appointments and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Administrative tasks as required.




- Confirm future appointments and bookings with customers.
