About the Role
As our Evening Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and delivering our lunch and dinner menu, maintaining high food standards and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly throughout service.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard
- Managing a busy dinner service with confidence and efficiency
- Maintaining food presentation and quality
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

About You
We're looking for someone who:

- 5+ years experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant, café or hospitality venue




- Chef or Commercial Cooking Certificate
- Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to do food costing and menu design with change of seasons
- Can remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food
- Has strong communication and time management skills
- Holds a current Food Hygiene/Food Safety Certificate
- Is reliable, professional and passionate about hospitality
