With multiple venues and expansion underway, we are now hiring experienced Restaurant Managers and Supervisors to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across all service periods
- Lead, train and develop FOH teams
- Manage rosters, labour costs and team performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience
- Monitor KPIs, reporting and venue performance
- Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and RSA regulations
- Handle escalations and operational challenges
Supervisor
- Lead shifts and supervise front of house operations
- Ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
- Deliver high-level customer service
- Support staff training and development
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with stock control and daily operations
About You
- Experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Passion for customer service and team culture
- Available to work a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends)
