The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will support the delivery of financial performance across a diverse operational portfolio. Working closely with finance and operational leaders, you'll provide accurate reporting, commercial insights and analysis to drive business performance and support key operational decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Financial and operational performance analysis
Business partnering with operational and project stakeholders
Project costing,
variance analysis and commercial reporting
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls and financial processes
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in a Management Accountant role within a commercial or project-based business
CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
Strong experience preparing budgets, forecasts and management reporting
Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
A commercial mindset with the ability to engage confidently with operational stakeholders
Experience within mining, industrial services, engineering, construction, manufacturing or other heavy industry environments will be highly regarded.
