At Top Therapy, we are passionate about delivering life-changing support to NDIS participants. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, servicing participants across the Gold Coast region.

You will support people to achieve meaningful goals in the environments where communication matters most, including at home, school, via telehealth and in the community.

Speech Pathologists of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including new graduates.

Your role will include

- Managing your own caseload and delivering meaningful, person-centred assessments and interventions

- Developing evidence-based therapy plans that reflect each participant’s goals

- Completing speech, language, communication, AAC and mealtime assessments

- Collaborating with families, support workers, schools and other key stakeholders

- Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes

- Preparing clinical documentation, progress reports and NDIS reports

- Maintaining accurate and timely case notes

- Ensuring services are delivered in accordance with current NDIS Practice Standards, professional guidelines and organisational policies

What you will need

- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

- Eligibility for Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia

- A current Australian driver’s licence

- Access to a reliable personal vehicle

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Working with Children Check

- National Police Check

New graduates are welcome

Recent graduates will receive structured support, regular supervision and opportunities to develop their clinical skills across a varied caseload.
