Role Overview:

- This is a permanent full-time role commencing immediately.

Specific Criteria:

We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our Secondary School for the following subjects:

1. Science

The ability to teach multiple Science subjects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of students.

2. Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress, implementing strategies for improvement.

3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.

4. Stay current with developments in science education and integrate innovative practices and technologies.

Employment Conditions:

Teachers at Minarah College are employed under the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.

- A current curriculum vitae, detailing professional experience and relevant qualifications.

- Academic transcripts.

- Accreditation status with NESA.

- Statements of service (if applicable).

- NSW Working With Children Clearance number and date of birth.

Key Selection Criteria:

- Relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.

- Extensive teaching experience in secondary education.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of secondary teaching experience is required.

- Strong understanding of curriculum design and assessment practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to the values and ethos of Islamic education.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
