Our 12-week Operations vacation Program offers the opportunity to gain real-world expereince with one of Australia's most trusted supply chain organisations. Working alongside expereinced operationsal leaders in fast-paced, safety-first environments, you'll gain insight into operations supporting some of Australia's leading retail, healthcare, government and industrial customers, while expereincing our commitment to safety, innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.

Designed as a pathway into our Operations Leadership Graduate Program, the vacation Program provides students with valuable industry expereince, exposure to frontline leadership, and the opportunity to build the skills, networks, and confidence to accelerate a future career with Linfox.

What to expect

Running from 30 November 2026 to 19 February 2027, you'll be located at one of our operational sites, working alongside expereinced leaders and gaining exposure to the day-to-day management of complex supply chain operations.

Throughout the program, you will:

- Contribute to meaningful projects that support a safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Learn how Linfox uses technology, data and innovation to deliver industry-leading logistics solutions.
- Gain exposure to frontline leadership and operational decision-making.
- Build relationships with leaders, graduates and fellow Vacation Students from across the business.
- Explore future career paths and gain an understanding of what a leadership career at Linfox looks like.

For high-performing students, the program provides an prospect to fast-track consideration for our 2028 Operations Leadership Graduate Program, giving you confidence and clarity about your future career before you complete university.

You are a curious,



resilient and motivated student who wants to build a career in operations and leadership. You're eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and thrive in environments where no two days are the same.

We’re seeking students who are:

- In their penultimate year of a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency (including New Zealand citizenship) at the time of application.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A willingness to learn and contribute in a hands-on operational environment.
- A commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle during the program.
