About the role This firm is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join a high-performing Corporate Tax team in Adelaide. The team supports clients through every stage of the corporate tax lifecycle — from tax audits and corporate governance to international tax matters and M&A;, including due diligence and deal structuring.
You'll join a close-knit, ambitious team that takes real pride in its work, in an environment where technical excellence is genuinely recognised and rewarded.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, covering relationship management, compliance and advisory work, with exposure to international tax, M&A; and IPO transactions
- Build and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in tax compliance processes
- Coach, support and develop junior team members
About you
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Commerce, Law or a related field
- CA, CPA, CTA or equivalent professional accreditation
- Strong technical background in corporate tax and advisory, ideally gained in public practice
- A relationship-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to client growth
- Proven experience leading and mentoring others
