ETM Group are currently seeking hardworking & reliable Construction Civil Labourers to join our team across multiple projects in Western SydneySite Locations - Kemps Creek , Horsley Park , Bringelly , Erskine Park , Leppington

We are looking for experienced Civil Labourers who can hit the ground running:

Your Duties May Include

- Carry out general civil labouring tasks on construction and infrastructure projects
- Assist with excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation.
- Carry out manual digging, shovelling, and compacting of materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct spotting duties for mobile plant and heavy machinery where required.
- Assist with the installation of stormwater, sewer, water, and drainage infrastructure.
- Follow site safety procedures, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and all WHS requirements.

Essential requirements:

- NSW Construction White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required.
- Full PPE — long sleeve, long pants, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
- Proven experience working on civil, infrastructure, or utilities projects
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Operating tickets are highly regarded.
- Ability to work well within a team
