About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Coordinator to help bring our events to life through bold, creative marketing. This is an exciting chance for a highly organised, detail-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about promoting standout events - you’ll play a key role in shaping how our events are seen, shared, and celebrated.

What You’ll Do:

- Campaign Creator: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive buzz, engagement and attendance for our events.

- Email Extraordinaire: Use Mailchimp to craft compelling email campaigns that keep our audiences informed and excited.

- Social Media Wizard: Manage our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts and other social platforms to connect with fans and drive ticket sales.

- Content and Website Curator: Collaborate with designers to produce eye-catching visuals and videos for event promotions, and maintaining event websites.

- Performance Tracker: Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and provide data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.

- Partnership Builder: Work with sponsors, influencers, and media outlets to amplify event reach.

- Engagement Guru: Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and polls to foster a community of event enthusiasts.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience Matters:



Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within events or hospitality.

- Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.

- Creative Thinker: Your ideas stand out, and you know how to execute them effectively.

- Organised and Detail-Oriented: You’re a multitasker who meets deadlines without breaking a sweat.

- Event Enthusiast: Bonus points if you’ve worked in the event or hospitality industry and understand the fast-paced nature of this business.
