Tradelink Bayswater is looking for a customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team.

Your new role
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch, providing exceptional service, supporting trade customers and helping drive sales.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide product advice and solutions across our plumbing range
- Manage trade counter sales and customer enquiries
- Prepare quotations and proactively follow up sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing trade customers
- Make outbound calls to strengthen customer relationships and generate sales
- Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
- Coordinate deliveries and manage outstanding customer orders
- Assist with stock control and day-to-day branch operations

No two days are the same. You'll thrive in a fast-paced setting where product knowledge, initiative and customer service are highly valued.

What you'll bring

- Experience in plumbing, trade, building supplies or wholesale sales (highly regarded)
- Experience in internal sales, trade counter sales or another customer-facing role




- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Confidence using computer systems and preparing quotations
- Current driver's licence (forklift licence advantageous)
