Earlcon Air Conditioning is a growing and well-established local business and we are looking for a qualified Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our team. We offer a large variety of work, quality systems to work on, and a qualified environment where safety and workmanship are priorities.

About the role

You will be involved in a wide range of air conditioning work across both residential and commercial sites.

The type of work we do :

• New Build Installations – High-end residential homes for reputable builders (no project homes), including installation of smart air conditioning control systems

• Manufacturer Warranty Work – Diagnostics, repairs and component replacements

• Commercial Maintenance & Service – Preventative maintenance, repairs and breakdown work for businesses and commercial clients we regularly maintain

• Residential Servicing & Repairs – Maintenance, fault finding and repairs for homeowners

• Air Conditioning Deep Cleaning – Using specialised equipment and cleaning systems designed to thoroughly clean units with minimal mess

• Residential Installations – Split systems, multi systems and ducted systems





• Commercial Installations – Including VRF / VRV systems and larger commercial systems

• Insurance Repairs & Replacements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified tradesman

• Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration

• ARCtick Licence

• Australian Drivers Licence

• Clean police record

• Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Non-smoker – smoking or vaping is not permitted on our job sites, especially in customers' homes or commercial workplaces
