Duties:





- Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to customers
- Support branch operations during peak periods and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in coaching and mentoring team members
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow internal processes and policies
- Work collaboratively with branch and operations teams to meet business objectives
- 1 rostered day on the weekend each week (11 day Fortnight)
