We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a one year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Based in Keysborough, this role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of warehouse and supply chain data, supporting warehouse management systems, analysing operational performance, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate data across our warehouse management systems, identifying and resolving system and transaction issues, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain team working closely with Warehouse Operations and external logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data across our warehouse management systems, identifying and resolving system and transaction issues
- Produce, analyse, and validate operational reports and data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support business performance, reporting, and informed decision-making.




- Conduct daily reviews of transaction exceptions and database reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide technical and operational support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) enquiries ensuring timely resolution and effective user support.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on Warehouse Management System functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Identify, recommend, and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, data quality, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external service providers to support collaborative and productive supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements while undertaking additional responsibilities in line with evolving business needs.

Essential

- Experience working with computer-based ordering or warehouse management systems.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
