The Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team based in Riverstone.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to earn while they learn, gaining practical experience, structured training, and valuable industry knowledge while completing their apprenticeship.

What You Will Learn

As an Apprentice Spare Parts Interpreter, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of spare parts and parts administration activities, including:

- Identifying and sourcing spare parts for forklifts and materials handling equipment

- Learning to read parts manuals, diagrams, and technical information

- Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiries

- Ordering, receiving, checking, and dispatching parts

- Preparing parts for service technicians and workshop requirements

- Maintaining stock levels and assisting with stock control

- Learning to use parts and inventory management systems

- Processing customer orders, quotes, and invoices

- Developing an understanding of different forklift and materials handling equipment

- Providing professional and helpful customer service

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe parts department

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

- A good communicator who is comfortable working with customers and colleagues

Previous experience is not essential. We are more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn, reliability, and commitment to developing your skills.
