Staybl Group Pty Ltd is a growing civil contractor delivering road profiling, pavement rehabilitation and soil stabilisation projects throughout the eastern states. As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for experienced operators to join our team.
This position is suitable for applicants based in New South Wales or those looking for a FIFO arrangement for project-based work.

About the role
You’ll be working on a variety of road construction and rehabilitation projects across Central NSW and Queensland, operating specialised equipment in a safety-focused team environment.
We’re particularly interested in operators with experience on:
● Road profilers (cold milling machines)
● Soil stabilisers/reclaimers
● STREUMASTER spreader trucks
About you
To be successful, you will ideally have:
● Demonstrated experience operating profiling, stabilising or related civil construction equipment.
● A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
● The ability to work away from home when required.
● A current Australian driver’s licence (HR licence preferred).
● A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
