From our busy Silverwater Head Design Studio, we design and dispatch a high volume of fresh flower arrangements each week through our thriving eCommerce website and retail store. We also have a renewed focus on Corporate Events, so there will be opportunities to be involved in this area of the business also.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Florist to join our talented team. If you're a talented florist who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating consistently outstanding floral designs, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a Monday to Friday role, however flexibility to work weekends during peak floral periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day is required.

As a Senior Florist, you'll play an important leadership role within our production team, ensuring every arrangement leaving our studio meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

You'll work closely with fellow florists, customer service, and management to ensure our customers receive not only beautiful flowers, but exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Create premium floral arrangements for online, retail, corporate, and event customers.

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of florists during daily production.

- Deliver friendly and upbeat service to all our customers.

- Mentor and train junior florists, sharing your knowledge and encouraging their development.

- Ensure consistently high standards of floral design, flower care, and presentation.

- Assist with stock management, flower preparation, and quality control.





- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone works together to achieve outstanding results.

About You
