The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day construction delivery, streamline processes, and manage our site teams. You will oversee residential projects from initial council approvals through to final handover, ensuring every build meets our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Scheduling: Coordinate multiple patio and shed installations across Bunbury and Surrounds.

- Crew Management: Lead, mentor, and schedule internal builders and subcontractors.

- Compliance: Oversee local council approvals, engineering checks, and building codes.

- Supply Chain: Manage inventory and material orders with key suppliers like Stratco.

- Quality & Safety:



Conduct site inspections to enforce strict OHS compliance and premium finish quality.

- Client Relations: Act as the primary escalation point to resolve building issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We Look For

- Industry Experience: Proven background managing residential construction, ideally in patios, sheds, roofing, or framing.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to drive accountability and foster a positive team culture.

- Tech Savvy: Confident using construction job management software (e.g., ServiceM8, simPRO, Tradify) and scheduling tools.

- Problem Solver: Sharp critical thinking skills to handle weather delays and material shortages.

- WA Knowledge: Strong understanding of Western Australian building regulations and council processes.
